In order to meet basic eligibility requirements for the Excepted Service Pathways Recent Graduates appointment, applicants must meet the definition of a “Recent Graduate” at the time of application.

1. Experience in reviewing reports and studies ensuring user requirements are met, and appropriate rules and regulations are utilized.
2. Experience conducting analyses and report findings, of various functions and work processes, of administrative or technical programs.
3. Experience identifying problems, reviewing production standards, and making tentative recommendations for problem resolution.
